• Fully editable canva templates for the main graphics (and social posts) we design for you, for easiest upkeep/updating of your beautiful new website/socials.

Ongoing Support (also included in Lite)

• UNLIMITED email support DURING your project
• 30 Days email support AFTER your project 
• Wrap-up call with a member of the Hot Mess Team

• Your Shopify theme. You do need to purchase your theme, we will help you pick the best one for your business. This is $180-$450 and is a one time fee! 
• App fees are not paid to us, they are paid to Shopify monthly - you do not need any paid apps, but through our project, there may be some that you would like to opt into.
• Your monthly website and email marketing platforms monthly fees (for example, Shopify starts at $29/month).

Project Start Dates are assigned on a rolling schedule based on availability and booking date. (First come, first served!) Most projects take approx. 4-6 weeks after your project start date from the time we receive all needed info to complete your project.

Full payment is due before your project begins. We do not offer milestone-based payment arrangements, but we do offer in-house payment schedules and may offer outside financing options. If you use an outside financing option, your payment agreement is with that provider and Hot Mess is considered paid in full.

If you choose an in-house payment plan and your project progresses faster than your payment schedule, your project may be placed on hold or your remaining payments moved up. We do not provide a full first preview or complete a project until all payments have been completed.

The standard payment schedules we offer are listed in the table below, unless a special payment plan was agreed upon via email prior to your project being booked. 

If you are receiving a discount of any sort, including our loyalty hot dots, then that discount will be deducted from your FIRST payment only, the remaining payment/s will be at our normal standard rate as listed on the corresponding product page.
